David, a Principal in the firm, has been with Burr & Temkin since 1991, during which time he has been responsible for marketing, property management and financial reporting. He has successfully completed numerous complex transactions, where others have failed, by providing creative financial strategies and advising clients of their position in the marketplace. David has been involved in hundreds of specialized sale or lease transactions of industrial real estate for transportation companies and investors occurring in over 20 different states.

Prior to joining Burr & Temkin, David gained a unique blend of experience in the financial community while employed in positions for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), a commercial developer, and a commercial mortgage operation. His past accomplishments include performing financial modeling and analysis, preparing income statements, balance sheets and associated reports.

His combination of financial experience and brokerage experience makes him uniquely qualified to work on a wide variety of complex real estate transactions while his attention to detail provides a multitude of benefits to his clients. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Pacific Lutheran University with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

David manages the Chicago office, which is responsible for the Great Lakes Region of the country.
