Eric, a Principal, has been affiliated with Burr & Temkin since 1998.  He manages the Company’s Mid-Atlantic Region from an office in Greensboro, NC.

Eric is experienced in land searches for new terminal sites, liquidation of portfolios of excess properties, assisting companies expanding into new markets, negotiating leases, as well as working with carriers to upgrade their facilities in existing markets. He has leased distribution facilities to logistics companies and serviced truckload companies in need of maintenance facilities.

Trucking has been a major industry in the Mid-Atlantic States for over 50 years. Many of the nation’s larger, more established trucking companies have their headquarters in the region. With continuing consolidation in the industry, Eric has developed a specialty in adaptive reuse of vacant terminals for use by as driving schools, auto auctions, construction companies, pallet companies, impound yards, produce companies, equipment rental companies, and bus companies.

Eric received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
