Once a suitable site or facility is found, Burr & Temkin is prepared to assist you and your attorneys, as desired and directed, with the entire process of negotiation through document preparation.
Site selection. If an acceptable existing facility isn’t found, Burr & Temkin has extensive experience performing site selections of suitable raw land, on which the desired transportation facility may be constructed. Site selection includes researching and understanding various entitlement issues, including: land use, zoning, access, utilities, development restrictions, pricing and ease of working with various jurisdictions. These projects can be conducted anonymously on your behalf, or we can assist you in finding an investor to buy the completed project and lease it back to you (see our Build-to-Suit services).
